Doing Good Does You Good

Yesterday, our team had the pleasure of demonstrating our company’s core value of “Do Good” at Samaritan’s Feet International in Charlotte, NC. According to the World Health Organization, over 1.5 billion people are infected with diseases that are transmitted through contaminated soil (World Health Organization, 2017). Over the last 16 years since its inception, Samaritan’s Feet and its partners have distributed over 7 million pairs of shoes in 108 countries and 395 U.S. cities.

For some children, the inability to complete a school uniform with proper footwear means not receiving an education. The sandals we packaged yesterday will be worn by adults and children across the globe, promoting health, education, and an end to the cycle of poverty.

Some excellent ways to give back at Samaritan’s Feet include:

  • Volunteering
  • Donating
  • Fundraising
  • Going on a mission trip
  • Hosting a shoe drive
  • Sponsoring a shoe distribution

We have so much to be thankful for. What will you do to impact the world today?
